Actually worse than that, my email address was put onto his mailing list and I am being sent regular product offers from the authors shop. I have written 4 times to the author over the last year and have yet to receive any answer to any of my questions. The author writes pretty much straight away that the reader can write him a mail and he will answer immediately any questions or issues you may have. I did learn one or two things, but nothing I could not have found myself fairly easily online. There are good tips here for sure, but nothing really new. AND IT DOESNT EVEN HIDE IT! If you study marketing and want endless hours and pages of ads or if you are rich and just like to spend money on useless things: this is for you. I don't see why I as a customer have to fix a pdf I have paid for. Waste of paper to print the mostly empty pages or big ads. There was absolutly not a minute effort put in there. The rest of the pages? mostly 1 little black and white picture on a full size Page. But there is even more Advertisment, full pages of Ads and links to other expensive content on various pages. 'But what about the PDF that comes with the book?' Big promises about that one. After 50 Minutes about this big bad joke of a book I gave up. Wikipedia copy and paste definitions of words a 6th grader can understand. Followed by the 'Definitions which make this book so scientific'.a joke. 45 Minutes full of advertisment and typical lines I can read on the sales webpage of every other fitness program.
